a. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
b. Add the chosen product to your cart.
c. Click on “Check Out” to proceed with the order.
d. Enter your personal details and re-check your order.
e. Once all your details are filled correctly, click on “Continue” to proceed to payment details.
f. Choose your desired payment mode and click on “Continue To Payment”.
g. If you choose to pay online, fill your payment details and click on “Complete Order.”

#. What are the various Payment options available?

We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking or Wallet money. We also offer Cash On Delivery with additonal charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.

#. How Can I Change My Address?

The address is only changeable under certain scenarios. You can email your updated address at care@fragransia.in or call us at +91 9433387574. All orders are dispatched within 06-18  working hours. NOTE- The address can only be changed before dispatch.


#. How will the refund be given?

The amount to be refunded will be transfered to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer’s account as per the bank policy.


#. How to cancel my order?

You can call our customer support team at +919433387574 or can log in to your  Fragransia Ultraluxury account and cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled, once dispatched which happens within 06-18 hours of order placement.


#. How much time does my order take to be delivered ?

Once placed, it takes 5-7 working days for order delivery. You can track your order through logging into you Fragransia Ultraluxury account using your unique order/tracking ID.

#. Do I have to create an account before placing an order?

Yes. You need to create your account before placing the order. You can click on the top-right login icon and share some basic information like name, email address and password to create an account.


#. How safe is it to use online payment on Fragransia Ultraluxury ?

We offer a 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options.

#. What if any item is out of stock?

Fragransia Ultraluxury always tries to update the product inventory before an item going out of stock and leaves minimum room for the product to go out of stock. If your desired product is out of stock, kindly check in a few days or call our customer support team at +919433387574 for an update.


#. Is the COD option available to all locations in India?

Yes, COD is available across India. However, Rs. 50/- is additionally levied on all cash on delivery orders apart your cart’s amount. NOTE: Cash on delivery is not available on orders above Rs. 1500/-.


#. Would I be charged extra for the COD option?

Yes, Rs. 50/- is charged on every cash on the delivery order.


#. How does the delivery process work?

The products are dispatched within 06-18 hours of an order being placed and the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

#. How are the items packaged at Fragransia Ultraluxury?

Fragransia Ultraluxury puts in the best possible efforts to ensure the smooth delivery of products in the most sustainable way. We use honeycomb paper/board for packing all our products which is ensuring the safety of our glass bottles. 


#. Can I order sample products first?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a sample of our products

#. Do you test these products on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. As a brand, we have shown constant trust in the chastity of nature’s creations, that is why all our products are clinically tested and are 100% cruelty-free.

#. Do you use most up to date ingredients?

Yes, all our products are made with sustainably sourced, fresh & raw natural ingredients and herbs suitable for all skin types.

#. How many days do you take to deliver an order?

Once placed, the order gets delivered within 5-7 working days.

Are your products Eco-Friendly?

Yes, all our products are eco-friendly. We use glass jars or reclyable and reusable plastic for all our products. The products are further wrapped in jute bags and are delivered in cardboard boxes.
